As a senior leader at Superkül, Shea Gallagher oversees the design and construction of multi-unit residential and mixed-use developments, specializing in thoughtful and environmentally responsive approaches to mid- and high-rise housing. He plays a central role in guiding projects through all stages, from concept design and municipal approvals to construction documentation, tendering, and on-site execution. Notable projects include the award-winning Junction House, Brightwater Towns, and a 25-storey mixed-use tower in Regent Park, designed to meet Tier 2 of Toronto Green Standard. As co-chair of the firm’s Sustainability Committee, Gallagher actively contributes to shaping the future of housing policy and sustainable design. He has served on the City of Toronto’s Net Zero Steering Committee and participated in Toronto’s Design Review Panel, offering insight on mid-rise guidelines in the context of growing affordability challenges. He holds a Bachelor of Architecture from University College Dublin and is a registered Architect with both the Royal Institute of Architects of Ireland and the Ontario Association of Architects. He is a certified Passive House Designer and brings deep expertise in sustainable residential architecture and climate-responsive design.
