Casey joined Arper as Marketing Director, Americas in 2022. Over the course of her 20-year career, she has served within the furniture industry sitting at the intersection of design, strategy, brand and product. As a product and marketing leader, Casey has developed strategies to position multiple brands and maximize portfolio performance, focusing on authored design, product development and innovation as key differentiatiors in an increasingly complex market. She has worked across commercial and retail businesses and understands evolving customer dynamics, with lines blurring between formerly distinct channels. Having worked with several lifestyle brands that possess a strong culture of design — Herman Miller, Geiger, Magis, Mattiazzi, DWR, HAY and now Arper — she has a deep appreciation and understanding of the strategic importance of design within an organization.
